Return Eligibility – Unopened Products Only
Contact support before arranging a return. Explain whether the product is sealed, provide the order reference and request the current eligibility requirements for that order.
Mandatory RMA (Return Authorization)
Request written return instructions from support before shipping a product. Keep the authorization, destination and any reference number with the shipment records.
Restocking Fee

Shipping Damage & Seal Integrity
